Give To Our Christmas Appeal
Help Our Homeless Community This Christmas
Our Story
Health on the Streets takes healthcare to vulnerable and homeless people on the Central Coast. These individuals often face a range of barriers to accessing basic healthcare services, such as going to a GP. Our team are committed to ensuring all people have a right to basic healthcare, safety and dignity and we provide a range of support and services to those doing it tough.

Driving outcomes for vulnerable people on the Central Coast
Health on the Streets is delivered from a medical clinic van that regularly visits community hubs or drives around the community seeking people in need. The van is staffed by healthcare professionals and outreach workers who offer immediate support to vulnerable people on the Central Coast. We also link with other providers of housing and community services to bring as much support as possible to people accessing Health on the Streets.
